Drawing more than twenty years of diverse experience across sectors – from political aide and public service manager to non-profit founder and small business owner – I am a forward-thinking strategist and consultant focused on innovation and cross-sector collaboration for social good. I work with purpose-driven organizations ready to deepen their impact, drive results, and make meaningful change.
With a background in policy & program design, marketing communications, and small business/social venture development, I am at my best supporting innovation, transformation, or building exciting initiatives from the beginning. Working at the intersection of social policy and urban development, I bring a rare combination of skills and subject-matter knowledge, and a systems-level lens. A constant source of ideas, I have a knack for linking divergent concepts, distilling complexity, and introducing unconventional new ways of thinking.
I thrive on finding common ground and translating leading-edge strategies into action. I believe all organizations – public, private and non-profit – can play a significant role in building a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable world; and that actors across sectors can find creative solutions if they work together. This perspective influences all that I do.
